Paving Construction Services, Inc. (PCS) was established in the year 2000 by a group of four partners
with many years of experience in the paving industry.

Starting out with small residential demolition and grading projects, we worked our way up to bigger projects
in both residential and commercial. As the company grew, so did the amount of equipment and number
of employees.

PCS is a properly licensed state contractor and complies with all State of California insurance
requirements, which provides you with the peace of mind to know that all our work is fully covered.

Today, PCS is well known by our competitors and customers alike for our great work ethic and
professional project finishes.
