The privately-held company was established in 2000 with 7 years of experience in the paving industry. Having their hearts set on success, the four new partners began advertising the west coast side of the Bay Area, accepting any and every project they could get. Starting out with small residential demolition, and grading projects they worked their way up to bigger projects, both residential and commercial. As the company grew so did the equipment and number of employees.

Today, Paving Construction Services, Inc. is well known by their competitors, and customers alike. Not only is P.C.S. Inc. known for great work ethics but for professional project finishes as well.
